    Shipping Guide

    1、What shipping methods does Gogoalshop offer?

    Standard Shipping ($12 one item, $20 Max):

    A base shipping cost of $12, For 2 or more items Maximum of $20

    Orders of any amount are shipped with E-Packet, China Post Air Mail, or Netherland Post shipping with a tracking number.


    Express Shipping ($30- $80, depends on the destination countries):


    United States / Canada/United Kingdom / Spain/ France/ Italy/Ireland/Denmark/Ireland/South Korea  

    For above those countries a base shipping cost of $30, For 2 or more items Maximum of $40,


    1.1 Express shipping can be purchased for most countries during checkout. Purchasing express shipping only affects postal service mailing time; it does not affect Gogoalshop processing time.


    1.2 Different countries will be shipped automatically with the different available express, such as FedEx, DHL, EMS, etc.


    1.3 Some areas are in Remote Area, DHL/ FedEx shipping fee will Include a Remote Area Surcharge of  US$36.5.


    2、When will I receive my order?

    Your order goes through several steps before reaching your door. Here are those steps:

    2.1 All times listed are estimates and are not guaranteed. The exact time varies with the exact destination. Customization back-order and special-order processing procedures will postpone 1-2 business days.

    *Please allow 1-2 additional business days processing time for all personalized products

    *Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods

    If your order has not shipped after three business days, you will receive an email notifying you.  Some reasons for the delay could include the following:


    •       We are experiencing higher order volume during this time

    •       Item(s) in your order may be on backorder in the next 72 hours

    •       Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand

    •       Shipping address is incomplete that can not be shipped

    •       A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order
