    GoGoalShop Return & Exchange Policy

    We understand that sometimes your purchase may not meet your expectations, and that's okay! Our return policy is designed to make your shopping experience hassle-free and worry-free.


    Return Policy

    Easy 365-Day Returns

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to us in 365 days from the receipt of the parcel to get a refund.

    Return Conditions:

    • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and labels intact. This means the product hasn't been washed, worn, or had its plastic packaging removed or damaged.

    • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.

    How to Return:

    2. Package Your Item: Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during shipping.

    3. Ship Your Return: Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

    Important Information:

    • Personalized Items: Custom jerseys are non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

    • Team Changes: We are not responsible for player transfers, number changes, or badge updates after printing.

    • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    • Gogoalshop is not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges incurred. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping.


    Return Abuse Policy

    To protect the integrity of our return policy and ensure fair usage for all customers, GoGoalShop monitors return activity. Excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or suspected abuse of our free return policy may result in:

    - Limitation or suspension of return privileges.

    - Refusal of future transactions.

    - Account review and potential closure.

    Customers will be notified if their return activity raises concerns. We reserve the right to take appropriate action in cases of return policy abuse.


    International Returns

    • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any additional customs, duties, or taxes on returns.

    • Shipping Fees: All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

    • Processing Time: Due to international shipping, refunds may take longer to process.


    Exchange Policy

    We currently do not offer exchanges, for the fastest service, simply follow the returns process to return your item and place an order for your new items.

    Due to the time required for international shipping,, this is the most efficient means by which an exchange can take place; we cannot otherwise guarantee that your requested replacement item would be in stock by the time we receive your return.


    Resend Policy (For Sizing Issues):

    You only need to pay the applicable shipping fee to get the new item and there is no need to return the original item.
